As a lifelong resident of Metrowest Boston, I bring an intimate knowledge of the area towns that are an asset to any buyer or seller. Many times they may not want to hear it, but I am not afraid to give my impressions about why one home is a better value than another, or why a person's home should be priced at a certain point. Starting my real estate career, I bought a few homes as an investor and quickly renovated and sold them. I bring these lessons learned and also the work on my own home addition and rental property to my work with clients. As a full time Realtor, I invest in my training each year and currently have my brokers license, e-pro 500 internet realtor designation, and certified buyer representative.
This video introduces the Vesta Real Estate Group model and how we are structured. Taken right before we opened Vesta, some references are with our old firm, the MAhome Team. This group was started in 1998!
The region I focus on are the towns in Metrowest Boston. If there is a town that I am not fully versed in, I will not hesitate to refer a client to another great Realtor that I have established a relationship with. I cover the towns from Framingham/Natick to Shrewsbury/Grafton. Also, I head as far north as Hudson/Marlboro, and as far south as Bellingham/Franklin. I grew up in Holliston and currently live there now. I have lived several years in the towns of Hopkinton, Natick, Framingham, and Watertown. I have found most of my clients have been first time home buyers, but due to my current sphere of friends, they tend to now be mostly families moving to upgrade their homes. I keep very aware of the retirement communities in town and also the very affordable condo options.

| Ed assisted me in the purchase of my first home. As an inexperienced buyer, I had a multitude of questions and took quite some time to really be ready to take the plunge. Ed was endlessly patient, knowledgable, and informative. Just as with any process, as a someone with no experience I had many preconceived notions of what was possible. Occasionally I was correct, but Ed was always willing to respectfully educate me if I was thinking about a certain aspect incorrectly. I found this degree of honesty and professionalism to be a great asset in finding the right home and in helping agree upon purchase parameters. Because of the absolutely fantastic assistance that Ed provided, I have done my best to connect my family and friends with Ed for their real estate transactions. I have no doubt that when I am ready to sell my home and move on Ed will be first call. In today's world where so many people are only interested in a sale and commission, having an ally who is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and skilled is invaluable.
