Former employee of Northrop and Lockheed Martin Aerospace. Employed in the capacity of structures and electrical engineering, contracts negotiations and quality assurance. Entered the Home Inspection profession 1n 1998 to supplement income during contract negotiations (layoffs). Retired from aerospace in 2004 and currently performing home inspections full time with over 5000 home inspections performed in combined years. Born and raised in ELA and relocated to Rancho Cucamonga in 1983 after a brief 8 year foreign assignment in the middle east. Eyeball Home Inspection Services is family owned since 1998.
