Community Action  

In response to the 9-11 tragedy, I developed a community action tool Positive Steps in Tragic Times to assist parents in identifying stress and trauma in their children.  This tool was disseminated to teachers and educators in the greater Kansas City area.

Community Addiction Task Force  

 I worked with over 30 area agencies and organizations to bring awareness to addiction in Kansas City, referring individuals to area resources for treatment.
