The Schoenfield Team consists of 7 members all with specific functions to ensure a smooth and efficient real estate transaction for our clients.  Suzy Compton-Hays & Mark Hays are our team's buyer specialists and are focused purely on finding the perfect properties for our buyers.  Giulia Luzzana focuses on transactions from contract to closing to make sure that there are no surprises and that all of the parties to a transaction do their part to make the purchase or sale close according to the agreed terms and to the benefit of all involved.  Giulia also serves as our REO manager.  Kayla Grantham is our team's listing coordinator, entering all properties into both the Great Smoky Mountain Association of Realtors AND the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors MLS databases, scheduling showings of our listings, and obtaining follow-up from the showing agents that is then forwarded to our sellers. Jeff Schoenfield is the broker/owner of the firm and concentrates primarily on marketing our client's listings but his desk is also where the buck stops.
