George and Cheryl have owned as many as three business simultaneously in two different states; two 7-Eleven franchises, and Dandy’s Foods in Phoenix and Las Vegas. During that time:
* George was appointed to the 7-Eleven District Action Committee.
* Elected to the first Presidency of the 7-Eleven Franchise Association of the Greater Phoenix area
* A founding director of the National Coalition of Franchise Owner’s Associations
* Liaison to the Retail Grocer’s Association* Lottery committee chairman
* Insurance committee chairman
* Member of the Convenience Store Committee of the Retail Grocer’s Association
* YMCA coach for Youth Instructional Basketball
* YMCA Youth Soccer coach
* Umpire to both Thunderbird Little League and Northwest Girl’s Softball
* Active in DECCA
The business successes lead George into the business consulting field. He traveled throughout the U.S. and Western Canada working with small businesses of all kinds on:

Certifications
To be a Realtor(R) in Arizona a minumum number of class hours and a passing grade on two tests are required. The state also requires 24 hours of accredited continuing education every two years.
GRI designation Graduate Realtor Institute requires twice the accredited class time as the Realtor(R) and several additional writen tests.
MRE designation Master of Real Estate we earned by completing more than four times the accredited class time as required for Realtor(R) continuing education.
ePRO designation earned by completing training focused on internet training.
CNE designation Certified Negotiation Expert is a non-National Association of Realtor desigation earned by class time and passing a written test.
CSSN designation Certified Short Sale Negotiator is a non-National Association of Realtor designation earned by class time and passing a written test.
