She began her Real Estate career first as a mortgage loan originator, then she decided that having a Real Estate license will help further her career so she sat for her license in 1987. Later she became a Realtor's assistant and then moved on to become the Marketing/Advertising Director for a Real Estate company with 5 offices. Once she became familiar with the business from the back end, she took a leap of faith and moved over to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage a nationally-recognized leader in the real estate industry. Since then there is no turning back. Gloria has successsfully helped families achieve the "American Dream" in Monmouth and Ocean counties, New Jersey.
2007 Gloria believes in continuing education so she went for her Broker's License in September of 2006 and passed her exam in April of 2007. 2006 has been an exceptional year for Gloria in sales and marketing. Gloria attende Howard Britton Star Power conference to learn and implement NEW ideas and technology for her services. She even starred in the showwith Star and Howard Britton. She held her first Annual Client Appreciation Party and what fun that was.
2004 and 2005 have ushered in very good years for Gloria and "her people" as she affectionately calls them. 2003 was a difficult personal year for Gloria because her mother passed away, and she had to go overseas to Vienna, Austria. Even during her time of need Gloria was able to find a silver lining in her dark cloud. As a result of her selling her mother's property she was invited to lecture at the University of Vienna to local realtors, management and corporate entities involved in real estate. The subject in discussion was the differences of real estate practices in Europe versus the United States. She has been asked to return and lecture at the University on the subject on an on going basis.

This license will enable her to manage a real estate office or to open up her own office or continue what she is doing - selling and marking real estate.
