| Bruce was recommend to us by some friends that used his services to buy a new construction home. We were moving down from Charlotte and only had a short amount of time to look for our new home. Bruce is incredibly knowledgeable of the Charleston and the surrounding areas and we were able to find our new home on our second visit. Because of his contacts with the neighbor hood developer we were able to buy a home in the area we were interested in and in our price range. | Bruce spent lots of time showing us homes we asked him about teaching us to look for and what to avoid when we purchased a home. We never felt rushed or obligated to make a decision Bruce let us take our time so we could process the pros and cons of each location. | Barb and I were very fortunate to have Bruce find us searching for our retirement home in the Charleston area. Our needs were very specific, plantation style with enough garage space for five vehicles. A tall order in our price range. Not only did he find the perfect house but the neighborhood is gated with equestrian and golf amenities. Oh, yes i forgot to say that Bruce found this home in less than two weeks! He helped us negotiate and secure the Deal. Unfortunately we had a hiccup in selling our homes in Indiana and almost lost the house but Bruce worked with the selling agent to keep us in the game. It worked, and now we are in our retirement home and loving it. Give Bruce a try, you wont regret it. He is a true professional is very knowledgeable in the game. To this day we have become good friends. |

| Bruce was contracted to sell our parents home that was in need of some repair before we put it to one Market. Bruce with his expertise told us what we need to get done that would bring the most market value.
