I am a former bank VP/CLO/MLO/AE,  with 12 years experience in the mortgage & retail bank mngt. industry.  Most recently, I have spearheaded the re-making of SMC mortgage Co. A privately owned section 32 direct lender, with 20 years in the business.   Our most recent accomplishment has been to partner with a private equity hedge fund, offering commercial loans in all 50 states. Minimum loan is 1mm, maximum loan is 50mm.  Also, we have developed investor relationships in Mexico, USVI, and many other caribbean nations.
