Since 1994 I've been specializing in helping people build wealth through real estate here in San Luis Obispo County, California. My Mission Statement is "To Build World Class Real Estate Experiences Everywhere." To accomplish this mission, and to keep accoplishing it, I believe I must remain learning-based and always seek new and better models, systems and tools. My business is primarily residential single family real estate. My wife Logan and I work as a team to build those world class real estate experiences. I am the lead generator and the rainmaker. She is the client service and marketing executive. Together, as a family, we succcessfully serve our clientele. We each have our strengths and we focus on those to bring maxium value to the marketplace.

| Chuck was recommended by my daughter and son-in-law. Chuck helped them find a home on two separate occasions. Chuck came by the day we were leaving the house he sold to see if he could help in any way. We had a box to go to Goodwill and he took care of that for us. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. |

| We gave Chuck a tough assignment - sell our house, get a fair but top of the market price, as fast as you can, so that we can buy an already identifed replacement property. Chuck took ownership of this project, including meeting tradespeople at our house and safeguarding our dogs during showings. His marketing materials were "top shelf". He didn't waste our time but always kept us informed. There were some complications of our making. He considered everything "his job". The end result was "Mission Accomplished". I highly recommend Chuck Hill. |

| Chuck was the perfect agent for us! He adapted his schedule to work with our needs, and provided a wealth of knowledge throughout the negotiation and purchase process.
