I'm your next favorite Realtor! My favorite motto is "Help me to help you!" I have been involved in the real estate industry since 1999, first as a Gifter for Embassy Timeshares in Waikiki, then as a receptionist for Windermere Oak Tree in Seattle in 2000. Next, I moved to Astoria Oregon and managed AREA Properties before (finally!) picking up my real estate license and began pounding signs! A short detour took me to Ticor Title in Seaside, Oregon as an escrow assistant before finally hanging my hat here in Long Beach as a full time Realtor...and boy am I ever! At this time, I am the only full time agent for our office which has allowed me to bring my baby, Alivia(born in March) to work with me! I am accepting donations of Onsie's that read "Realtor Baby" or "Make me an offer!"
Enough about me..."what about Long Beach?", you say? First, let me say that I am a seasoned Coastie brat and I never thought I would find a town smaller than Astoria, but here you have it! Being geographically challenged by a peninsula does funny things to people! Our market is primarily vacation or second homes. Many of the owners in our area have inherited homes and land from family and own outright. Typical buyers are armed with cash from home equity loans or retirement funds and know what they want AND can wait to get it!

I love to work with first time home buyers, but here in Long Beach it can be hard to find a home in the price point of a first time buyer, although our market is becoming much more stable after a huge surge in the last several years. Also, with the market conditions the way they are, buyers are having a harder time finding the right mortgage professional which creates an impression that there are no buyers. So untrue! I work with bank foreclosure properties and when the property is priced RIGHT, it sells! I have also found that working with a motivated seller who understands how a buyer's market impacts them is KEY.
