For most of my adult life, I was in the food and beverage industry--20 years altogether, 15 as a bartender. I was always known to provide superior service and take care of my customers needs. I liked to anticipate what the customer needed before they asked, and went the extra mile to provide the best experience. It is this service minded approach I use in dealing with my clients. Sometimes things get crazy in our business, but constant communication and educating clients about the process can eliminate much of the stress that comes with buying and selling a house.
I have been a student of marketing, especially real estate marketing. I have attended many seminars, purchased e-books, manuals, and books about marketing by many well known marketing gurus. I am constantly looking for new and innovative marketing techniques to best serve my clients (and my business!). I also like to learn about the real estate industry, and have accumulated a wealth of information to help buyers and sellers. I offer my clients e-newsletters, various booklets, and articles to help better educate them on a variety of real estate topics that applies to their particular real estate needs.
