I have marketed to completion 40 subdivisions in the Franklin, Ma area during my 35 years in the real estate business. A multitude of construction courses have been completed at Dean College, and I have earned my Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License.
The following designations have been earned in the past and were granted to me via the National Association of Realtors: ABR,ABRM,CRB,CRS,CNHS,CLHMS,GRI,RCC & SRES. I was also a candidate for the CIPS designation. I've been awarded the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, The Lifetime Achievement Award, and I'm a member of the Platinum Club. A variety of new construction concepts including cluster zoning, 40B subdivisions, conventional subdivisions and age restricted communities have been marketed to completion by my team members and me.
Knowledge of the product helps in selling the product, and my education goals have been set at a very high standard. These goals have always been brought to completion starting with a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology and my initial career in education. I taught in the Franklin School System, where I wrote the first drug education curriculum, and at Island Falls High School in Island Falls, Maine where I taught biology, chemistry and geometry to college bound students.
