Get to Know Penny Schoenbeck
I am the owner AZ Home Styling and Redesign. I am a professional home stager, I recieved my training and certification from Redesigning Interiors. I am a proud member of the Real Estate Staging Association, Women's Council of Realtors & the Association of Realtors. My passion for staging comes from 10 years as a retail visual merchandiser and excellent customer service skills. I love giving houses that "Model Home" look! The satisfaction of my job comes from seeing the transformation of a house into a show place that will soon become someones new "Home." Staging is a Win-Win for both buyer and seller!
Certifications
I stage both occupied and vacant homes. My area of expertise is high end vacant homes, $1m and above.. I have a talent for visulizing how the home should look and feel before it's been staged. I take into consideration how the buyer would want to utilize each room and try to stage it to it's full potetial. Also by making the home "fun" to tour by picking themes for each room so that the buyer can picture themselves in the home. My goal is to have the home buyer be able to remember specifics of my staged houses at the end of a long day of looking at properties.
