My name is Jeffrey Sauls and I am a Senior Loan Officer with Pacific Bancorp. Pacific Bancorp has over 30 years in the Lending Industry and we operate in every market. Our goal is to build valuable relationships with Real Estate Agents and show them the product that we have available. As long as we keep the lines of communication open and continue to provide you with excellent service of your loans we feel as though success will come.

 There is a corporate account program that we currently have available that will assist other Loan Officers and Account Executives with closing more loans each month. When you signup with Pacific Bancorp as a Corporate Account you basically send us deals that you currently cannot close and we process the loan, order payoffs, order title, order the appraisal, setup closing, and cut you a check when the loan closes. We do all the work and you reap the rewards. We do not contact your clients we keep you aware of the status to inform them. There are only a limited amount of spaces available per month so if you have deals sitting on the floor next to your desk that have been declined then you need to contact me right away so that we can get you paid.

 The current state of the mortgage industry is very disheartning. There are Lenders that are closing there doors for good and other Lenders such as Pacific Bancorp that continues to close loans each month and grow and assist clients nationwide with living the American Dream.
