I have an extensive background with 25 years of experience in the Title Industry. Add to that my last 4 years in Real Estate sales, and I have quite alot of knowledge in Residential sales. During the type of market that we are currently in, foreclosures are also high on my list of knowledge. I worked in the Title Industry during the 80's when HUD repo's and Bank owned properties where at their peak. I can help sellers and buyers though the difficult process of the short sale properties sales and purchases.
