I have been in the mortgage business for 2 years now.  I have lived in the Lexington area pretty much all my life and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a major in Economics and business.  I came to work for Guardian Savings Bank straight out of college.  Guardian is a bank based out of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.  We have 9 branches 5 in Cincinnati, 3 in Northern Kentucky and the one in Lexington.  The Lexington branch opened in August of 2006.  Our closing cost are about the best in town.  We have $250 closing cost on purchases and refinances!  There are no strings attached!  You do not need a checking or a home equity line with our bank to get the $250 closing cost.  I have heard since i've worked here from my customer that "its to good to be true"!!!  Its not.  Ask anyone that has worked with us and they will tell you.  We are located on 501 Southland Dr.  Please stop in or give me a call if your looking to purchase a home or refinace your current one!  Thanks!
