Joanne Bechhoff, owner and founder of Home Staging by SPC a Home Staging and Interior Decorating company, is also co-founder of G. B. Construction & Development, Inc. an award winning custom builder/remodeler since 1986.  She is a Certified Architectural Draftsperson, Certified Universal Design Professional and Certified Green Professional.  As a custom builder/remodeler for 30 years Joanne's focus has always been on maintaining a cohesive design throughout the interior and exterior of every project.

Utilizing the skills attained through formal education and over 30 years experience working with homeowners, manufacturers, suppliers and construction crews Joanne also set up a Custom Color Selection Process for other builders on Long Island.  This process streamlined the system of customizing a home while reducing costs and rework.  The resulting savings benefited both the builder and the consumer while efficiently producing custom homes.

Joanne then took this process one step further by forming Home Staging by SPC to extend the customization process to existing homes without the invasive and sometimes costly approach of remodeling.  This customization process includes home decorating, redesign, home staging and holiday & event staging.
