Put The Experience of IT and 400 Agents On Your Side!
Keeping up with real estate news and trends takes skill and a deep understanding of real estate in general. Marketing for real estate professionals takes even more knowledge. I market and blog for real estate agents, brokers and agencies all over the country for extremely affordable monthly fees.
I love what I do. I was not meant for a stay at home, wash windows all day kind of life. I love to work and sometimes consider myself a workaholic. But I can turn off the computer once in a while.
After graduating college with a Behavior Science Degree I managed a small fireplace business for about 6 years until we had our first child. Then I wanted a more flexible job, so I became a real estate agent. Flexible... yeah right!
My husband, who also runs Personal SEO with me, had been the IT Director of Preview Properties Inc in the Seattle area for almost 10 years and did SEO for them as well as a few others. (this is the company with over 400 agents) Since it was a natural fit for me to be an agent with Preview, I signed up and sold a few homes.
This was much more work and less pay than I ever thought! It costs too much just to be an agent! But I plowed through for a few years and learned as much as I could until baby #2 made his appearance in our life.
That was it. I couldn't afford to be finding a babysitter every time someone wanted to see a house. So I packed up those bags and started working for my husband. He would research SEO and I would do whatever he said.
It wasn't until about 2009 that I really took to this on my own. I think I surpassed him in effort. Maybe not in knowledge.... no, I KNOW NOT in knowledge. The man is a genius and I will listen and say, ok! To whatever he comes up with.
Now I LOVE SEO marketing! With my real estate background, his marketing, IT and computer skills, this is a absolute perfect fit for us. We have about 100 clients and love serving them in every website aspect we can.
Not only do we do this full time, but have a passion for Missions with the Assemblies of God. We have been to several overseas destinations such as Africa, Nepal and Romania and now with a 2 year mission project in Springfield Missouri currently over, we have moved back to Washington state to be with our families and will continue to take short term trips all over the world.
What more can I say? I love my life, as busy, full and chaotic as it sometimes can be, I wouldn't want it any other way!
