As a successful Realtor I have developed my skills to be equally competent as a listing agent and a buyers agent. I successfully use my past experience in lending as well as personal experience of short selling my own home after being laid off from a long time employer over four years ago to provide exceptional service to my clients. I know rank in the top 10% of all Realtors in Placer and Sacramento Counties.
As a listing agent I market my listings where they can be seen which is on the internet. More than ninety percent of buyers find their new home online. Because of this I market heavily online. Within twenty fours hours my listings are on over 300 websites including Realtor.com, Trulia, and Zillow to name a few. I pay for premium memberships for these sites so that my clients listings rank higher in searches as Featured listings. In addition to websites I have had a lot of success with online classified sites including Craigslists, FrontDoor, and Backpage. The more I can market your property the more likely it will be sold quickly and at asking price whether it is a traditional sale or a short sale.
As a buyers agent I have focused on becoming a great negotiator. I have found recently that the majority of my buyers are involved in multiple offer situations. It is not odd to be competing against five or more offers in the current housing market. Although home prices are down the market is full of motivated buyers. I have perfected the negotiation process and more often than not I am able to beat out other offers.
During 2011 I sold more than 3X the amount of homes as the average Realtor in the Sacramento Region. In 2012 I sold more than 4X the amount of homes as the average Realtor in the Sacramento Region. In 2013 I am on pace to sell 6X the amount of homes as the average Realtor in the Sacramento Region. The majority of my growing business is coming from past clients who refer me to their friends and family.
Although my business is to sell real estate my goal is to satisfy my client's needs so that I can develop long term relationships with each one of them.
When I am not working with my clients I am spending time with my family. My wife and daughter are the most important people in my life and I love spending time with them. A good balance in life is very important and the key to a happy life. In addition to spending time with my family I love vacationing in tropical locations, football, and sports car racing. As a hobby I coach for an organization called Hooked on Driving where I coach people how to drive their sports cars on a racetrack.
