I became licensed early in 2011 and have been spending much of my free time on continuing education. Some people in the business tell me that I am going about things wrong and I need to get out there and start making things happen. But I feel that quality should always come before quantity. When I deal with my clients and customers, I want to have answers to their questions and when a situation comes up that I haven't seen before (which is very common in real estate), I would like to have the skills behind me to make educated decisions. Not only does this benefit my business, but more importantly, my clients.

As a new Agent, I am fresh out of the education requirements needed to become licensed in the State of New York. State laws, NAR rules and basic real estate aspects are forever changing, and I am lucky enough to be at a point in my life I will never be at again; I have just learned the newest way that we must practice real estate. This puts me as a front runner, ahead of older agents who may not be aware of these changes or may just be stuck in their ways.
