Core Beliefs: Team DNA

Every employee has a "Relational Focus" in working with our client. We seek to develop a long term winning friendship with each person that chooses to work with us. Honesty, Care, Integrity, and Genuine Concern are more than words, we search out ways to display these traits to each client we come in contact with.

Every employee will focus on RESPECTING our clients right to choose the people the client does their business with; and will TRULY VALUE the choice the client has made in choosing our team as their Mortgage Partner

Every Employee will accept the Responsibility and the accountability to insure our clients experience our vision. Every employee will continually seek the Wisdom needed to be knowledgeable, and an effective problem solver.

Every Employee must embrace our business as Their OWN business. We must personalize and internalize a PRIDE of work product that makes the client feel like they were working with an "owner". This ownership mentality or servant attitude will reinforce the Trust we seek from our clients.

Every Employee will seek to bring Positive Attitudes and Proactive actions to the team.

We each seek to bolster one another and by being supportive to each other the Team becomes stronger in the ability to be consistent in achieving our Vision. Additionally, this support of each other will have positive effects in our private lives. This will allow our team to be more than a work group; it will be a source that supports personal growth of every member of the team. By insuring our private lives are happy and positive we walk in the door with a positive mind set that allows us to handle our client's with respect and place high value in their choice to work with us!
