You might say the Real Estate is in my genes. I have been a Realtor in Central New York for about 25 years. I began with a local Real Estate company in the mid 80's when my brother Jan decided to join the local Association of Realtors Nastri Real Estate was born. However the reality is Nastri Real Estate goes back much further than that. You see my grandmother, Antoinette Nastri was a real estate broker back in the early 1920's. She had obtained her license at a time when women were not allowed to join the National Association of Realtors. My father Joe Nastri got his real estate license in the 1950's. He owned and operated a small auto upholstery business on the cities north side He did however keep his hand in the real estate business through investing and selling a home now and then. My dad encouraged me to purchase my very first two family home when I was 21 years old. Since then I have dabbled in investment properties, however I make it my philosophy not to compete with my clientele for properties.
In 2004 we were introduced to Keller Williams Realty and found it to be the most creative, innovative and forward thinking real estate company we had ever seen. We believed so strongly in the business model that we decided to change from our independant and established yet traditional business model and join with Keller Williams.
