When we first came to him expressing interest in selling our property, he explained all of our options clearly and answered the many questions we had at that time. After deciding to list the property, the house sold very quickly. The property was put on the market at the start of the week, and within 48 hours we had an offer for more than our asking price. | We are a very demanding couple and have extremely busy schedules, so it was important for us to find a realtor that had a lot of time for us. Jacob always made it seem like we were his priority, even though he was working with a lot of people at the same time as us. He always returned our calls promptly and was willing to take time out of his busy schedule - even on evenings and weekends - to show us a home at our convenience. Jacob is a very easy person to work with. His communication skills are top notch, and his dedication to his customers is superb. We felt like Jacob really took the time to understand what we were looking for and focused on what was best for us instead of trying to up sell and waste time. We appreciated Jacob's time and assistance in buying our first home and will certainly continue to recommend him to our friends. |

| Jacob helped me in the summer of 2011, I was purchasing my first home and he showed me several definite first home "fixer uppers" just like I was interested in and the process was smooth even with some complicated circumstances. | Jacob helped me locate a rental house in Pullman WA and was very helpful in getting the process completed. It was a foreclosure property that I had never experienced purchasing before and he was able to work out the details without any problems! He was a great guy to work with! |

| My husband and I bought a rental property through Jacob Davis in 2010 in Pullman, Wa. It was the first rental investment for us, and has proven to be a very wise decision. Since this time, we have worked with Jacob extensively, making a second purchase through him in 2010. He remains our "go to" guy regarding real estate in the Palouse area and, we are convinced no one will work harder or be more honest in dealing with clients than Jacob. For anyone searching for real estate in the Palouse area, we highly recommend hiring Jacob Davis to be your realtor. |

| Jacob was very professional in all the dealings I had with him. He is very easy to talk to and listens to all that is being said. This was especially helpful since I live in Yakima and was purchasing a property in Pullman for my daughter to live in while going to school. There were some hiccups on my end with my bank and Jacob made sure that the seller was informed of all that was happening. This definitely made the whole experience less stressful than it could have been. He was also helpful in giving me a list of local businesses that I could contact and set up accounts with so that my daughter could call in case of something breaking. I couldn't be happier with the way Jacob handled this sale for me. I would definitely seek him out if I needed to buy or sell a property in his service area. Gary Conn |

| Jacob Davis not only helped me find the perfect home in Pullman, WA but he was very good about watching out for different options that I had not originally thought of. He continues to search for a good home for my son, daughter-in-law and three grandchildren who also reside in Pullman. He follows through, looks out for you and never misses a beat.
