FOCUSING ON CLIENTS NEEDSMy goal is not just to close transactions, but to earn loyal, long-term clients.  I do that by focusing on what is truly in the best interest of the client, rather than just closing the transaction.  I would rather have a client's trust and loyalty for life than close a sale that is not in the best interest of the client.  I also understand that a client's home is often their most valuable asset.  As such, I have a standard of care that is unsurpassed.  I regard no transaction as "routine."

Experience has shown me that extra money spent on premium quality marketing, including superior professional photography, will net the seller the best possible sale price in the shortest possible time.  In today's competitive market, it is essential to differentiate a property from the competition and provide enticing photographs that compel buyers to want to see the property.  My strategic, multi-media marketing program also maximizes exposure to potential buyers.

 NEGOTIATING FOR CLIENTSWhether I am representing buyers or sellers, I know how to negotiate to get the best possible deal for my clients.  I never sell out my clients' best interest just to close a sale.

BACKGROUNDPrior to joining the Coldwell Banker team, I was a systems analyst in the clinical studies industry, providing programming and analytical services to major pharmaceutical corporate clients.  I found working with these clients, who required the utmost attention to details, the most rewarding aspect of my job.

I take pride in my strategic marketing, which is custom designed for each property I list.  Every home, regardless of price, deserves an impactful marketing program that is designed for the targeted buyers of that property.  I have never listed a home that did not sell.

I also enjoy working with buyers in all price ranges.  I understand "picky" buyers and rather than pushing them to buy, I simply listen to them.
