I've lived in the Phoenix Metro Area since 1985. I have a degree in Theatre Performance/Production from Arizona State University. I still audition from time to time, but I get most of need for attention filled by running a tour through a local hotel with a haunted reputation.
I have a Siberian Husky named 38, yes, there's a story behind the name. This was her on her 12th birthday. Her face and tail are so expressive, she makes me feel like Dr. Doolittle.
I love home ownership, I did before I was a Realtor. It's one of the things that attracted me to the profession. I believe in all benefits that you see in the National Association of Realtors commercials.

I started my real estate career representing a semi-custom new-home builder. This has proven invaluable when representing buyers interested in buying a new home. A buyer could drive around for months looking for 6' red balloons, big American flags, or builder penants, or they can call me. I have better toys and I'm familiar with all the builders. I stop their frustrations of finding subdivisions that are too expensive, or have floorplans that don't fit their needs. Most builders take care of closing costs, if I have a buyer with income but not liquid savings, a new home might be an option. I get excited if I get a new dishwasher, much less a whole house, they're not for everyone, but new homes have their charm.
I've sold a lot of homes in Ahwatukee, I live on the outskirts of the neighborhood, it's easy for me to show buyers property as soon as they come on the market. I respect the Kyrene School District which services this area, plus parts of Tempe and Chandler.
I work with buyers ranging from first home to investor. Their needs are very different, the most important thing is to listen. If there aren't many houses to choose from I keep a positive attitude, I look for ways to expand their criteria, and remind them, that they're only buying one, so don't get discouraged, it just means that they know what they want and we have to wait for it to come on the market.
