Aly and Justin are down to earth simple folks who like to help down to earth simple folks! Finding realtors who understand the local community, local economy, real estate laws, local county schools, etc. is imperative to buying or selling a house. Aly and Justin love helping clients buy and sell homes in Albertville, Annandale, Becker, Big Lake, Elk River, Hanover, Maple Grove, Monticello, Otsego, Rogers, Saint Michael, Zimmerman and the Twin Cities metro area and are confident we can help you buy or sell your home.
Aly and Justin have three children, one grandchild and two dogs. Their life like most people’s lives consists of balancing work, kid’s school activities, family events, working out, yard work and making sure the socks match… at least close anyway. They are going on 15 years of helping hundreds of people find their dream homes. Past work experiences in residential construction, abstract, title, home inspections and infrared thermography have made them experts at solving challenges and turning them into opportunities, a quality that has helped them excel in the real estate industry and Exit Realty Nexus.
Aly and Justin showcase their homes by utilizing a team of professional service providers such as photographers, virtual tour providers, painters, handymen, house cleaners, carpet cleaners, highly regarded staging companies, home warranty reps and home inspection experts. | Justin and Alyson are amazing. They were able to find my family the perfect house in one day and we were able to close on the house less than 30 days after that. They were always available through every step of the process. Justin and Alyson were never pushy, they let us call all of the shots. They also have great connections that contributed to our quick close. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in buying a house. |

| We needed to flush out my water pipes as I hadn't been at the home for more than a few hours a month for the past year. I was living in another state and would have had to drive 5 hours one way to do this. Justin, not only consulted with a plumber, he also went to the home and sat for hours. He went way out of his way to help me out. |

| I was referred to Justin from a friend because I had tried another realtor and he was very unresponsive when I asked for help with listings or to do showings. I called Justin and got him on my first attempt. He got my wants and needs addressed and within that day he had sent me tons of listings. He even got us showings same day as we requested! He was extremely professional and efficient with helping us buy our first home. With it being our first time buying it seemed incredibly easy with how much work he puts in behind the scenes to make our want a reality. If we ever buy a home again he will be my first contact. Great people to work with! |

| Awesome!!! From the beginning to the end everything went smooth. They are willing to accommodate your schedule, knowledgeable, wanting to help any way they could. When it came down to putting and offer in on a house they were honest, gave good advice on how to approach it , pulled up compatibles right then and there and made us feel really comfortable with our decision. Not pushy in any way which was huge for us!! Would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house! |

| Committed, honest, reliable and fun! These 2 are the best team of Realtors ever. So happy that we found them! We have had a rough time getting a house because every time we put an offer in someone else does too. So frustrating!
