Two of the most important things in buying a home are getting your home for the right price without needlessly overpaying and being sure that you are getting what you paid for! While being relatively new to real estate sales, I have been a full time residential real estate appraiser since 2004, completing appraisals of several thousand homes in that time span. Getting the value and price right is what I know! Through dozens of hours of specific education home construction & maintenance, being an FHA / HUD approved appraiser, and inspecting homes for over a decade I know what to look for in a home, both the good and the bad. Mold, asbestos, lead paint, water intrusion, foundation issues, outdated wiring and plumbing; I've seen it all! Missing these issues during inspections not only cost you money but could potentially harm you or your family.
There really is no substitute for good old-fashioned hard work and persistence. My goal is to provide dedicated, honest and ethical performance that produces the desired results, with service that goes the extra mile. I simply am not interested in doing a mediocre job; quality of service to every single client is everything!

Appraisals for many purposes- Estimating fair market value or fair market rental value for sellers, buyers, landlords or tenants; Cancellation of PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance); Bankruptcy; Estate planning or settlement; Gift tax; Financial planning; Guardianship, conservatorship; Immigration; Matrimonial; Condemnation; Medicaid entitlement. Property tax appeal specialist. Sorry, but due to increasing liability and low fee's I no longer complete appraisals for mortgage lenders and banks.
3.) Reasonable appraisal fees and expedient turn around times- Fast turnaround times on most non-complex orders (within 48-72 hours on most single family residential properties). Rush delivery is usually available for an additional fee. Reports are prepared as soon as possible but not at the expense of quality and accuracy!
