Brent and Michele are married...but not to each other :-) Brent married Ruth Anne in 1974 and Michele married Bill in 1971.
We lived just blocks from each other in Orange County, CA for twenty years and never met. We met in Havasu at real estate school in 1990, and went to work for the same company when we got our licenses. We became "accidental" partners that year, and it worked so well, we've never looked back.
We have been full time Havasu realtors since 1990, and we love our business!
We have listed and sold hundreds of homes over the years. You know you're getting old when you've sold the same home several times over...:-)
The coolest thing about our business is running into client friends everywhere we go in town. It's always fun to chat with them while grocery shopping, filling up the gas tank, or running into KMart for something.
Currently we have added Short Sales to our list of specialities. They are work, but when you know what you are doing, and have been trained by "the other side" (a retired chief loss mitigator for a top 10 lender with over 20 years experience) the success rate goes way up.
