For Larry and Jill Johns, real estate is their passion and their life. And one day in 1997, they brought their passion and their lives to Sarasota, after searching from Clearwater to Naples for that special town that might offer them the perfect coastal lifestyle and the perfect environment to live, work and play.  They found it all in Sarasota and have never looked back.  Where did it all begin?  After honing his real estate skills with prominent hometown Atlanta builder, John Wieland, Larry quickly rose through the ranks and became sales manager. He earned a lifetime membership into the Million Dollar Circle of the National Association of Homebuilders Sales and Marketing Council; is a graduate of Georgia State University with a BBA in Management; and has earned his Graduate REALTOR Institute {GRI} designation from the National Association of REALTORS and his e-certification. After meeting Jill, Larry continued his career with builders in the greater Orlando area while introducing her to real estate.  Jill, raised in New Jersey, grew up spending summer vacations at the Jersey shore where she acquired a love for living near the water.  Spending her college years at a coastal college, Monmouth University, she earned a BA in Liberal Arts. Coming to Orlando via Rochester, NY, she became the owner/design principal of an interior design firm prior to serving many years as a new home consultant for prominent builders and developers.  In her sales capacity for builders, she was the recipient of several sales and customer service awards, from the National Association of Homebuilders as well as the Orlando Association of Homebuilders. After their move to Sarasota, Larry and Jill continued their real estate careers with builders while renovating an historic Spanish Mediterranean home and in 2009, decided to merge their talents and goals into a team. Together, they offer a hands-on approach with total customer focus, whether working with buyers or sellers, and an unmatched expertise in the local market, resulting from their successful involvement in the industry for many years. Their team is customer-focused while striving to deliver consistently, a concierge-level of service. Outside of real estate, Larry and Jill enjoy time at the beach with family and friends, enjoy all of the cultural amenities that Sarasota offers, and love dining at their favorite restaurants, most of which are locally owned. Larry is also a major Georgia Bulldog football fan and roots for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers during season.
