Mark was born and raised in the Asheville area.   Being a native of the area, Mark has a strong appreciation of the natural beauty of this incredible community.  Mark moved to Atlanta in 1991 to work with The Home Depot in the corporate office.   During the 12 years with The Home Depot, he held many managerial positions including accounting, merchandising, and vendor compliance. Mark's experience of over 20 years in management has prepared him for his current leadership role.

Active in the local real estate board, Mark makes time for mountain biking, home remodeling and attending local events where he enjoys listening to various musicians and admiring the work of local artisans. 

Mark's pride and joy is his 6 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Spencer who enjoys going on trips in the car, short walks and even a bike ride in his special chariot.
