Get to Know Leo Solarte
Hello, my name is Leo Solarte and I am the Executive V.P. of Lending for Bass Financial Corporation. Myself, as well as my brokerage, has been dedicated for six years to ensuring homeowner's and home purchasers have received the attention, knowledge, and trust they deserve when obtaining mortgage financing.
Trust, knowledge, and efficiency are the principles and values that my business is built on. My strong work ethic and compulsive dedication to this industry, my business partners, and my clients has been the backbone to the success that I have had every year.

Outside of the Real Estate Industry my hobbies include Networking and meeting new people, the cultrue of Chicago, and giving back to the community. I have found that networking can lead to amazing stories, enlightening conversations, and overall build character. Besides the obvious intentions to gain new sources for business and pleasure it truly opens your eye's to the worlds around you.
I am also working on two degrees in Business. The first a Bachelor's in Finance and the second a Bachelor's in Economics. I feel that having the formal education in both these areas will only further my knowledge of the power in mortgage financing and doors that it may open. It will provide concrete justifications for my clietele and make them better investors through their conversations with me.
I love volunteering and giving back to the community, mostly through various Masonic charities. I have had the opportunity to help in the Illinois Child Identification Program which provides parents with a disc containing vital information of their child (Video/ Audio recodrings, fingerprints, and DNA sample) to aid in locating the child should they ever go missing. It is a great propgram and free to parents. The FreeMasons of Illinois cover all the costs.
