Liora Gold heads up the Organizing Division of L&M

While professionally organizing homes for the last 10 years, Liora Gold's talent using smart, effective and attractive solutions led her clients to further retain her services in order to help fix up their homes. Rearranging furniture, hanging pictures properly, choosing paint color pallets, bed linens, bathroom fixtures and much more, came naturally to Liora and quickly became a major part of her business.  In fact, she was home staging before it was known as an industry!  As staging became popular and found its place in the market, Liora took the next logical step and received her home staging training by internationally recognized home staging expert Debra Gould, President of Six Elements, Inc®. 

Coming from the food industry, running her own successful gourmet food shop and catering business, Magi Roth joined Liora's staging and organizing company and they formed L&M Home Staging & Organizing. Magi lends her creativity, outstanding organizational, strong administrative and marketing skills to L&M, topping it off with her unique flair for redesign.

L&M Home Staging & Organizing Becomes LMC Home Staging & Organizing

Charlotte Bermack joins L&M Home Staging & Organizing as a full partner in October 2008 and completes the team. The company now becomes LMC Home Staging & Organizing.

Charlotte heads up the Interior Decorating, Design and Staging Division.  An honours graduate from a widely recognized Interior Decorating program, at Humber & Centennial Colleges in Toronto, Charlotte enhances LMC bringing with her over 20 years of interior decorating and design experience. Charlotte is a member of CEDECA.

To get buyers enthusiastic provide them with an attractive home inside and out. Everything in the home should be spotless and organized, including closets, bathroom vanities, the garage and even the basement. It might sound trivial, but the sale of the home could rest on whether the linen closets can properly store linens and towels.

 

The Process:

•·         LMC begins with an interior and exterior professional assessment of the property in order to prepare for listing.  During this time we depersonalize, organize, rearrange furniture, accessories, pictures, artwork, etc. as needed.

 

•·         Many homes have all the right furnishings throughout but most of the time they are not in the right space, like an unsolved jigsaw puzzle.  LMC will figure out where all the pieces fit properly.

 

•·         The Realtor and the client receive expert recommendations on how to turn the listing into a marketable product that will appeal to the majority of homebuyers.  We create an action item list, describing what needs to be done in each room, a shopping list and a complete list of trades in the event that the client may need specific services.

 

•·         At the end of the session the client will decide whether they want to complete the job on their own or allow LMC to make the magic happen.
