I confess. I don’t sell hundreds of homes a year like some agents brag about.
My goal is to help 20 to 30 home sellers this year get their homes sold for top dollar.
That’s two to three homes a month. It’s enough to make a decent living but few enough to allow me to devote the time to each client that they deserve.
I don’t want to build a large team and end up managing and training agents.
I actually like doing the business myself. It’s what I was born to do.
So when you hire me, you get me. Not some trained script reader.
When you call me, I pick up. No long automated telephone menus or assistants to go through.
Have you seen the movie “Pulp Fiction”? Winston Wolf, Harvey Keitel’s character, rings the door bell, “I’m Winston Wolf. I solve problems.”
That’s me. After many years of cleaning up problems, I slowly put together my listing process so now I can say that “I anticipate and avoid problems”.
My two role models are consumer advocate Clark Howard and TV show business turn-around artist Marcus Lemonis of “The Profit”.
Clark Howard is always trying to save money and avoid being ripped off. That goes to the core of my being. I take it as a huge compliment when people refer to me as “The Clark Howard of Real Estate”.
Marcus Lemonis invests his time and money helping small business owners optimize their businesses. He focuses on product, people and processes.
Once you decide to sell, your home becomes a product. I help you polish your product and showcase it using the right people and processes in order to get you the most profit.
I’m your advocate and negotiator who protects your interests every step of the way.
I can’t help everyone. Time is limited.
So I have to be selective.
I’m looking for home sellers who can handle the truth about what it’s going to take to get their home sold.
I’m looking for home sellers who are willing to implement my process of getting their home “profit certified” so the sale will go through without a hitch.
I’m willing to invest several thousand dollars upfront if you are willing to invest the time, money and effort to get your home in tip top shape.
If you want to test the market at an unrealistic price, don’t call me. I’ve seen too many sellers end up with much less than they could have because they over priced their home.
If you want to sell as-is and just stick a sign in the yard and see if you can get lucky, don’t call me.
But if you want the truth, if you want excellence and if you want a good deal, then give me a call.
I’ll come out to your home where we can discuss and analyze your situation.
All I ask for is a good cup of coffee. I like it black.

Who I Can Help
I'm looking for people who want help finding and purchasing a home. I prefer working in: Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, East Cobb, Alpharetta, and Forsyth county. My typical clients are move up buyers, first time buyers and down sizers. I prefer the price range of $150,000 to $2,000,000.
I want people who don't want a lot of sales talk and pressure. I like to make showing homes as easy and efficient as possible. We usually can see 12 homes in 3 hours.
I want people to go to my web site and get familiar with Atlanta real estate by reading all of the articles I have. I want them to search the Atlanta MLS for homes and when they are ready to get serious about looking at homes, they should come in to discuss our plan of action.
