Hello Everyone,

My name is Manolis Eftihios Sfinarolakis, also known as Manny. Below is a brief chronology of my experiences thus far. Please be sure to follow me on my personal blog at http://www.mannymoments.com. I accept all connections and believe in paying it forward. Thanks for stopping by!

1995 to 2005: Worked at Constantines Restaurant, a family owned business.

2006: Graduated from University of Connecticut with an Accounting Degree. Before graduation, worked as a tax intern at United Technologies Corporation (UTC) from February to June. Joined Deloitte & Touche LLP (D&T) in September of that year.

2007: Continued with D&T throughout the year. Became specialized in broker dealer audit engagements.

2008: Left D&T in May, and joined Seward & Monde LLP (S&M) in June of that year. Attained my real estate license in August of that year with Keller Williams Real Estate (KW).

2009: Elected Supreme Secretary of the Sons of Pericles, a Board of Directors position.

2010: Left S&M in February, and started real estate full time. Started with a management company out of Hartford called New Era Property Management (New Era). In July, was elected Supreme Vice President of the Sons of Pericles, a Board of Directors position. In October, left New Era and started my own company, Spartan Residential LLC.

2011: Left real estate in February and joined D&T for a second time. In July, was elected Supreme President of the Sons of Pericles. In December, left D&T and became the Restaurant General Manager of a family own business called On The Green Restaurant.

2012:  Preparing to move to Hawaii to pursue a full time real estate career in paradise.  Joined active rain on 1/13/2012 in an effort to learn more about real estate in Hawaii.
