In April 2003, I was licensed as a Real Estate Agent by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. My career has grown tremendously since that time, with millions of dollars of real property sales, hundreds of transactions, as well as many awards and specialized certifications.

In that short period I have seen the best real estate market in American history, and respectively, the worst real estate market in American history. During this tenure I worked at a "brick and mortar" real estate company and have personally seen the positive and negative effects of this business model. The absolute majority of real estate companies continue to operate under this business model which was developed approximately 50 years ago. Technology has changed which has lead the consumer to change which means the business model must change or become obsolete.
