I personally do all inspections for each home and prepare the Reports. In additon to Home Inspection, I am a licensed Residential Builder in the state and have extensive experience in residential contruction and remodeling.
I utilize the latest advance inspection software and generate a comprehensive, easily understood inspection report detailing the general conditions of the building, improvements, mechanical systems, and appliances as they exist on inspection day. I work closely with all Agents and keep them informed at every step of the way. Clients are more than welcome to be with me during an inspection or can meet afterwards and get personal time for a comprehensive review.
My finished report is professional presentation, tabbed for clarity and organization, filled with courtesy color photographs and easily understood explanations about their future home. The Client's and the Agent's satisfaction is my number one goal.
