Our team has a passion for marketing and selling our listings. We are always investigating the next new marketing tool to implement in our state of the art marketing program which is second to none. In addition to putting our homes on every real estate web site we can, we also market to the other agents in the area, we do target marketing and cross advertising. We utilitize every opportunity to give our listings the maximum amount of exposure which means more money in the pockets of our sellers. Our sellers also receive monthly market updates and will be kept abreast of the ever changing real estate market. I have a professional stager that will evaluate every listing, which is included in our marketing program. For years, other agents have told me that I have "the best looking listings in town".
We have been representing buyers when purchasing new construction for years and have built solid relationships with many builder reps so we know we can get the best price for our buyers. The builders take care of our buyers before and after the sale, and we protect our buyers at contract so that there are no surprises down the road. We complete the journey with our buyers through the building process and we attend all walk throughs. I have been working with transferees moving to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area for 18 of my 22 years in real estate. My first big relocation move was in 1989 when MCI moved their offices to Richardson.
