I have been succesfully providing assistance to buyers and sellers of their real property for over 16 years! My past clients referr me to their family and business associates and my clients will come back to me for any real estate needs or interests they might have. I have a GRI designation, which stands for Graduate of the REALTOR(R) Institute of Pasadena, Ca. This designation is considered the highest credential in our industry. It gives me an edge on other agents as I have a clearer understanding of my fiduciary responsibilties to my clients.
I am a member in good standing with the local Southwest Riverside Board of REALTOR(R)s and with California Association of REALTOR(R)s and at the National level. I currently am a member of the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) in our offices in Temecula,Ca. Mentoring, coaching, teaching the importance of the real estate transaction and being a role model for new agents in our office.
I'm adding team members to my services in order that you, our future clients can share in receiving the best of care! I will announce them at a later date! So now I would like to announce the newest member of my team, Dean Crisp! She speaks fluent spanish and will assist me with the hispanic community and with buyers. When I think of my areas of expertise, my thoughts are directed towards my clients. My first and foremost priority is their protection throughout the real estate cycle. To me, it's not just about the home or land. There is so much more involved in a real estate purchase contract than the general public might know. And these are the elements that make me the agent of expertise in many areas.
I niche market the estate homes in Temecula, better known as the wine country, and the La Cresta of Murrieta communities. The DeLuz area of Temecula is also a targeted market of mine. But dont think thats all I do. Oh no! I work with first time buyers and assist others with their step up property. I work raw land, as in it's just dirt! When buying raw land, you need to know where to go to get the information you need to realize what you can do with the land. The more you know about the land and it's highest and best use and what the potential is for re-zoning, can weigh heavy in the decision to buy and build or to buy and invest in subdivision, or simply hold the land for commercial useage.
But most of all, my area of expertise is with my client. I learned along time ago from my Father, who is a native from these parts and part of the San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians, that the good Lord gave me two ears and one mouth. That I should listen twice as much as I speak, because thats how I will know exactly what it is my clients are looking for! Stay informed by continuing education, go the extra mile and get the best designation in the country, GRI, to show my dedication to my clients. You can never have too much knowledge. And real estate practice is very much like the Constitution, it's forever changing.
Update to my continuing education, I have completed the courses required to achieve the status of CDPE. Certified Distressed Property Expert. Capable of helping those homeowners struggling with what to do about their home when finances change. REO, HUD, Short Sales, Foreclosure. I look to see what I can possibly do to help you keep your home, not sell it unless their is no alternative.
