There are many things that differentiate us, but I find the important ones to be around the focus of enabling features typically not found in custom sites.  Our opinion is that web 2.0 is all about being connected, collaborative, and scalable.  The industry is filled with the all too typical template sites that are either too customized and in most cases 'closed'.  Agents spending a pretty penny to have a site built, then they're stuck with something that becomes dated and too complex for them to maintain.  (And for those that have the finances to go custom, are paying way too much for web sites that stroke their egos, building the "look at me sites" rather than leveraging open services of the web to give their properties the most exposure online. (The real job of any agent site)

When looking at Milobox, we took the approach of designing templates for the modern web, and enabling the ability to connect to other services (E.g Widgets from Trulia, Mapping from Google, or Finance widgets from Bankrate, Automated XML feeds for maximum property exposure, etc.)  Property templates which not only serve your web site, but are also syndicated to the laundry list of listing portals for maximum exposure.

We wanted to simplify the entire cost picture.   Build a web site, no upfront costs.  Host it anywhere, we built a publishing platform that will publish to any web address automatically.  (Even $0 hosting w/select partners)    All you can eat service at no additional fees.  Unlimited Properties, Unlimited Images, Unlimited Storage, Unlimited Flyers, etc. 

Currently, services are sold by piece meal all over the web.  Use TopProducer, AgentImage, or A la Mode to buy a site.  Get up-sold itemized services and pay a ridiculous monthly + overpriced ISP fees.  Then, use Vflyer or Postlets to syndicate properties.  Talk to someone else about optimizing your site for search. The list goes on and on, you get the picture.

We roll out new features monthly.  Not just small little fixes or updates - but services other companies typically offer for at a premium - we like to include for free to all subscribers at no additional charge.
