Erika's first initial introduction with Real Estate came as a young adult, working at the Home Depot. With her working closely with new home buyers and community developers, it intrigued her curiosity in Real Estate. She then worked as an apprentice for a general home contractor for several years until she joined Blade Real Estate Group as a Sales Agent in 2008. From there, she joined Real People Realty.
