MARGARET WODA, REALTOR® and Associate Broker
My family had just moved into our second new home in three years when I decided to leave teaching behind and become a REALTOR®. Anything I learned would surely come in handy for a military family that was subject to frequent relocation. The rest, as they say, is history. Real estate became the career of a lifetime.
My clients became friends, my friends became clients... and pretty soon there was no distinction. We all shared a love of the greater Crofton area, where neighbors gathered at community recreation facilities or the Crofton Library to participate in activities for young, old, and in between. I have witnessed the expansion of Crofton into a vibrant greater Crofton area with lots of dining and shopping options to enjoy as well as hundreds of new homes in many nearby neighborhoods. And, of course, there are many opportunities that come with living so close to Annapolis, Baltimore, and our Nation's Capital in Washington, D.C.- three distinctly different and wonderful cities!
My husband and I raised three children in Crofton and now we have five grandchildren. They keep us busy, but we always have time to help new clients. Please contact me today, and experience “Real Estate the Woda Way” – whether you’re just exploring your options or you’re ready to jump into the world of real estate with both feet.

CROFTON, MARYLAND (21114)
Crofton and the neighboring communities of Bowie, Crownsville, Davidsonville, Gambrills, Millersville, and Odenton are located within a triangle formed by Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and Annapolis, Maryland - about a half hour to each. Local residents can literally go boating in the Chesapeake Bay, watch a ballgame in Baltimore, and attend a concert at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. in the same day. It's a unique lifestyle, unlike anywhere else in the world!
Finding the right niche for you and your family in this large Metropolitan area may be a challenge, but you can count on me for first-hand information about communities, schools, commuting options, and home prices throughout this region. (Not to mention that I've got a ton of real estate experience that may come in handy!)
It's a labor of love for this wife, daughter, and granddaughter of veterans to help military families relocate to and from nearby Fort Meade, Joint Base Andrews, the U.S. Naval Academy, and other military installations throughout the region.
In addition to my own personal and professional experience with military relocation, I've earned the professional designation for Military Residential Specialist (MilRES) through advanced training. My pet project is spearheading a community-wide effort to send holiday gift bags to deployed troops. (And, by the way, my husband conducts briefings at local military installations for active military personnel reporting for duty and retiring military personnel about their Tri-Care options in this area.)
Ask about my "Military Rewards" program for both active duty and retired military personnel and discover the convenience of a paperless real estate transaction.
