Meet the CEO of My Divine Spaces
Andrea Franklin started her career in the Administrative capacity at the Library of Congress; later transferring to IRS, then playing an intricate role in the Verizon/MCI merger, however, she spent most of her career contracting for Fannie Mae, where she successfully learned the business & became a highly sought after Consultant as an Auditor, Investor Relations Specialist, Project & Event Planner. In this time of restatement & downsizing she stressed the importance of organization for busy Executives & their teams to be efficient. She developed a system to ensure quick access to important documents. Realizing the excitement in bringing organization and functionality to homes & work places, she opened My Divine Spaces a professional organization & staging company in 2007 where she & her staff work alongside their clients, teaching & providing simplified techniques of getting & staying organized, & preparing homes/businesses for sale/rent or entertainment. Her skills are also put to good use in volunteering at her children's schools, family church, fundraising, dinners & charities like Help the Homeless Campaign.

We offer professional, ethical & confidential services to create or enhance the current organization system that's in place. By working individually with our clients to create methods and techniques that lead to a more orderly space, we leave our customers satisfied by providing a systematic way of life, resulting in a savings of time and money.
Founded, owned and operated by Andrea Franklin in the summer of 2007. MDS is centrally located in the Upper Marlboro area, however offers her staging and organizational expertise to clients around world via phone and email.
My Divine Spaces has partnerships with professional painters, tile workers, electricians, carpet cleaners, brick workers and plumbers, credit repair consultants, and financial consultants, all with the goal to make your life simple and tranquil.
From your kitchen to your car, MDS will bring order to chaos by redesigning living spaces one space at a time to resolve clutter problems with 4 simple steps.

Rates:
Rates are $60.00 per hour for Organizational Services. (Rate does not include supplies, or mileage for errands)
* Price is subject to change without notice.
* All sales are final
* Discounts are NOT valid with any other offer.
* Minimum of 2 hour session
* Cancelation policy: 48 Hour notification required for all cancelation fees to be waived. 24-47 hour notification fee is subject to half the price of the cost of service. Less than 24 hour notification requires full payment at regular rate.
* Product cost not included in the price
* Forms of payment: Credit Cards (MC and Visa) and Money Orders
* Payment due at the begining of each sessions
