| I would like to thank you for all you have done for my wife and I selling our home in Surprise. It was a real pleasure working with you. From the first time we met you to the close of escrow you were there with us all the way. You stayed in touch with us constantly and guided us through the process like the true professional that you are. It is not easy to sell your home, when you are living in another State. Nancy did a fantastic job of marketing our home and getting maximum exposure of the property. When I saw our property listing online and the accompanying slide show it was amazing. The marketing techniques brought in numerous people to view the property, which is what you are trying to accomplish until that one buyer comes along and says “This is what we are looking for in a home”. During the escrow Nancy handled all the necessary inspections and when something had to be done, she had it done right away. Nancy surrounds herself with a support team of professionals like herself. When work needs to be done, she knows who to call to make sure it is done correctly. This is the hardest part for an absentee seller. It puts a lot of stress on you, but with Nancy there was no stress on our end. I would recommend Nancy to anyone either buying or selling a home. You can rely on her to do the utmost to make your real estate experience a joyful and memorable event. |

| Nancy Muslin was referred to me by a property manager who I had contacted to gather information on home rentals in Sun City Grand. I was hesitant to work with someone whom I had not met or had not been referred to me by a previous homebuyer. I was immediately pleased upon our first conversation. We hit it off and I could quickly tell Nancy was going to be a real advocate as I went through the process of finding a home that worked for us. We flew into town and Nancy was at our beckon call. She blocked out her entire weekend to work with us. She was extremely organized, a great listener, and most importantly responsive to your many questions. Nancy did not push us into anything that did not meet our pre-visit requirements and she was nothing but respectful when showing us homes and learning exactly what we were looking for. Upon finding a home and receiving an accepted offer I found that Nancy even became more responsive. She went out of her way to walk us through the events that were involved in the purchase. Best of all, she was a great communicator. Buying a house out of state and working with Nancy could not have been any easier. I would recommend Nancy without reservation as an agent to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Surprise area and in fact already have. She is thorough, responsive, flexible, and passionate.
