I am real estate professional with Keller Williams Realty North in North Charleston, SC. Currently enjoying my third year of reality! I am fluent in Spanish. This business is wonderful if you truly mean to do what you are doing. It goes much farther than just making sales. In my eyes I believe in people because they truly want something and the only way to get there is to work with the person who truly understands what it is they want. To get there is to trust and to trust is how you get there!
Use this section to write about your specific areas of expertise. Do you specialize in first time buyers - listing high end homes - etc. Are there specific market area's that you specialize in? The more you write about your area's of expertise the more knowledgeable you'll sound to a potential buyer or seller.
I have worked with sellers who have had trouble selling in the past. Get ready, I will be honest and let you know what it will take to sell. It may take new paint, cleaning, declutter and maybe some staging. This does not have to cost you a lot. Make your budget and you will be fine. The most important of all is to be sure that you can price your home right. You have to want to sell and you have to want to be in the competition. Be aware that buyers are educated and know what the market conditions are in your neighborhood prior to going out.
Buyers want what they want! First time home buyers are scared! It is like waiting in line to get on a scary ride, but once you have gone on it is not so bad. But buyers have a duty too. They have to be sure to get themselves to their lender so that they know what they can afford. There are many ways to educate a buyer and I recommend free first time home buyer seminars. There is much to do once you are approved for your mortgage and the more you know the easier it will be to find and close on your home.
