| I really enjoyed working with Blake. I was very apprehensive as a first-time buyer to take such a big step in my life, so he offered to sit down with me in real life or talk on the phone about the whole process to explain how everything is done. While looking at homes, he was very open about the things he noticed that could be problematic about the houses. He was very easy to get ahold of, whether through text or phone call. He was persistent about getting answers back (offers, inspections, etc) from others in the home-buying process as soon as possible. Blake is a very friendly and easy-going guy who is both professional, but also makes you feel as if you're talking with a friend. I highly recommend him. |

| Blake was awesome! He stepped in after we had to fire our previous agent. We didn't have much time to find a house. He listened to us about what we wanted, and we found a great house just in time. I also like that he was not pushy. He has a great sense of humor and the buying process was very easy thanks to his hard work. |

| Blake was amazing. He really knew what we were looking for, and was honest with us about the pros and cons of each property we saw. He ALWAYS responded to my calls/questions/texts within minutes - even late at night. I felt very comfortable asking him all of my questions, and even more comfortable knowing that if he didnt have the answer, he would get it. And fast. I never felt out of the loop at any point in the process. He was great with updates. I would recommend Blake to anyone with full confidence. |
