I am a nationally recognized Author, Trainer, Coach and Publisher. The inspiring and centered approach to business that my company takes has helped it make a name for itself in the investment and educational arena.
I believe in creating jointly beneficial scenarios through Transaction Engineering. Additionally, I write numerous articles on the subject of creative real estate investing through my monthly newsletter, The Intellectual Capital Report.
I am also a principal of a transaction engineering organization that specializes in all facets of residential real estate investing. We has completed over 200 transactions in the past 6 years.
I attended college and studied Music Education & Economics. During that time, I became a professional musician and club owner. In 1979, I entered the banking industry, and then began investing in real estate in 1983. I went on to become the Vice President of National Sales for a major financial firm. At the age of 48, I retired from corporate life and did volunteer ministry for 3½ years.I have been married for 20 years, and have a son. In 2003 I moved to Florida, and I started teaching Transaction Engineering in 2004.
I founded PACT Prosperity, an education and training company which teaches the methods to wealth creation through real estate investing, and provides training programs on two levels—one level for the informed investor, and another for the novice. We promote fair play and ethics, while teaching clients how to create win-win solutions for sellers, buyers, and tenants.
We have dedicated ourselves to providing education and training systems for real estate investors.
