I like to educate my customers in the difference of their pre-qualification price range and their mortgage poor price range. I think it is important that potential buyers make well informed decisions prior to purchasing. I assist all customers by responding to questions, offering information on inspections, tax exemptions, trends in the community, school information, etc. I work with them until closing.
