When we come over to your home we will explain exactly how all of the plans work, how much it will cost and how much you will save! My experience combined with my unique sales program give you the advantage of knowing that your home will sell in less time than the average time period of the MLS system. We hope you got that. DO WE HAVE A PROGRAM FOR BUYERS? YES!
Does the Buyer then Have to Pay Our Commission? No. Most people believe that because the seller usually pays the commission, all agents work for the seller. This is not true. A written contract between broker and buyer can establish the fiduciary commitment, regardless of who pays the commission. Not only does the buyer not have to pay any commission BUT when you become our client we will enter you into our “Buyer Rebate Program” where I will rebate a portion of the commission based on the amount of your purchase.
