Ashley is passionate about residential real estate and genuinely enjoys helping buyers and sellers make some of the most important decisions in their lives. As a Realtor, Ashley believes in providing the utmost fiduciary duty and care to her clients and her true passion shows with the little extras that help make the process exciting and smooth.
Her education and professional background give her the edge in contract negotiation and innovative SEO marketing techniques required to get the most visibility in the 21st Century. She is well-versed in the short sale process and foreclosure sales as well.
Graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology in 2001 and from Concordia University, Irvine in 2007 with a Masters of Education, Ashley has a definite thirst for knowledge and is currently working on her MBA.
Ashley assists Buyers, Sellers, Owners, and Tenants seven days a week at Windermere Signature Properties, a prestigious real estate brokerage in downtown San Diego. She is fond of the culture and collaborative efforts the office enjoys, and it shows in the agents.
While she is not working hard to help as many clients as possible, Ashley is usually beginning new rehab projects, enjoying the San Diego outdoors with her husband and 13 year old Labrador retriever, running barefoot, volunteering, and reading up on the latest market trends.My Duty to You:
