Get to know Randy Cooney
In 2003 the Phoenix Business Journal honored Randy as a "Super Star Broker". The Phoenix Board of Realtors named Randy their Citizen of the Year. Randy is also the only Arizona Realtor to receive the National Home Town Hero award.
Randy is a native of the Phoenix, Arizona area. He graduated from Brophy High School and Arizona State University. Randy started his real estate career in 1986 and was named 1986 Rookie of the Year for Arizona . Randy was also ranked in the top 1% of agents for first year in sales. He has earned Top Production Awards for every year in sales.
Randy has over 17 years in management. In this time Randy has hired and trained 15 Rookies of the Year. He motivates agents to develop their business and he takes a personal interest in inspiring his rookies to achieve their goals.
Randy is considered an outstanding coach and instructor. He was the Director of Training for Prudential for ten years. He was then the Senior Vice President and Director of Education for Coldwell Banker's largest national franchise. He is currently a senior instructor at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.
Randy is also a nationally recognized speaker. Randy's motivational presentation style and charismatic delivery have made him a sought after guest speaker and trainer throughout the country. He is a speaker for the International Manager and Broker Summits. Randy is the Director of ‘Flight to Success' Training for Real Estate Professionals. Randy is also the author of the ‘Sold on Planning' Time Management System for Real Estate Agents.
Randy knows the important of work life balance. He has been married for over 30 years and he enjoys spending time with his wife Andrea, their three children, and their four grandchildren.
